True too size it was a gift for my mother she wore it on her birthday party she's usually wear a size XL so I purchased the XL . Didn't have to iron it fabric have little to no wrinkles, wasn't see through.

I’m still on the large size of medium as I’ve been losing weight. But this dress was a perfect fit and will fit me for likely another 15 pound weight loss. I would say it runs accurate to size or perhaps a tiny bit large.
